You have probably seen the new Prada campaign with these skirts shown, as well as the pictures all over magazines for Resort 2008. No matter how many times I've seen it (quite a few), I still love it. It's not a new idea to have a long, printed skirt with a bow and a tight fitting, matching top, but how often do you see it? Yes, the runways have been more conservative lately, but nothing compares to this conservative and fashionable look Prada has made. The print, the width of the skirt, the movement of it, the bow... all of it creates a winning outfit.

How High Can You Go?
The minute I saw this outfit I fell in love. The black tights and shoes keep the attention on the stunning blue dress, and make a sleek, clean line and look. The back of the dress has a bit of ruffle (je l'aime!), and all around I LOVE IT! It's simple but eye-catching, and perfect for those who don't like glitter and sparkle.

Hue to Me, Neo Nails
Bright nails are all the rage. Personally, I'm a fan of light pink nails and red toes, but trends are trends, and sometimes need to be followed. For a flashy party I will obviously paint my nails construction yellow or Caribbean blue, but for day-to-day I like my ballet slipper. However, many girls are now wearing flamingo pink, citrus orange and lime green to school, to the office, and around town, and it looks good! These colors (and more) available at cosmeticbag.com.
Elizabeth & James
Elizabeth & James has been getting lots of press and attention, and its founders, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, deserve it. Not only are they fashionistas in their own right, but they are able to design pieces that are so them for the teenage market. I've always loved the twins, but now even more! Their other lines (marykateandashley at WalMart and The Row) range from the upscale to the affordable, but Elizabeth & James fits in a perfect place.
Please Shine Down on Me
How fun is this coat? It will keep you warm strolling the streets of New York, but also flashy and fashionable. It will brighten up any outfit, and keep all of your friends wishing they were you.

Shimmy in Sparkle
Dance the night away in this Catherine Malandrino dress. It's easy to navigate and move in, but also gives you all the attention you want for your fabulous moves. Even if they're not that poppin' (just had to say it), you will look so hott in this dress that the man eyeing you from across the room will forget about your bend-and-snap turned haywire... I hope. Available at shopbop.com.
Stay Afloat
Wait. So Cool. Most EB Rue readers love something new and different, and this is definitely it! This Emilio de la Morena dress is anything but usual. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it. Yes, I've seen my share of layered white dresses with cute adorned tops, but is that a sytrofoam belt I see around the waist? Whatever it is, it adds a unique touch to this already fabulous dress.
Beautiful Sun
Yes, the dress is gray, yes the title is "Beautiful Sun", but do you know the connection? This dress is organically made by Beau Soleil, which definitely deserves recognition. Organic clothing is something that most companies are now striving to create, but to actually make them cute? That's an accomplishment. Available at shopbop.com.
Fun in Fur
I love love love this Lacroix outfit. PETA may have a problem with it, but I think it's adorable. The cute, flouncy little dress, the gloves, the pin in the hair, the fur shrug to keep a girl warm, and the black leggings... what's not to love? It's classy and chic, and makes me keep wanting more!
Silver is Stylin'
This Erva clutch can be two sizes: the one you see, which is a little bit larger than a normal clutch, and unwravels to become two inches bigger, which is all the rage in Hollywood. I love the silver python skin (so in), and the size - it's practical and looks good. Available at shopbop.com.
Sunny in Gray
Gray is in for winter. As you see above, shiny and silver are all the rage, and this Loeffler Randall outfit is too cute! This jacket makes the outfit: all you need is shoes and leggings, so it creates a perfect put-together-I-took-5-hours-to-look-like-this look, when it really only took you... five minutes. Availalbe at shopbop.com.
Backless Beauty
Backless dresses are in. Stars have made backs a coveted item - always posing to the cameras with their flawless backs showing. Now, you can do the same! This Tbags dress (Shopbop.com) has made this adorable dress which is perfect for a night out. The boots are also to-die-for.
Feather Frenzy
Alaia has done it again! First, I love the shoes... and the tights. But moving onto the actual outfit: it's different. Although we do see bottoms of dresses that are poofy or fluff out, feathers is a theme this winter that I'm really enjoying. They're fun, festive, and funky. This dress doesn't over-do the feathers, just puts them at the bottom to make the dress a little longer, which is good for us in the winter. The tight bodice and unique straps make the feathers not overwhelming. Great cocktail wear!
Keep: Karta
I have already blogged once about the cute Karta dress Blake Lively wore in Gossip Girls, but I've found one I like even better. I love the adornment at the top, and how it makes the dress an LBD with an eye-catching element that every girl (and boy) will flock to.
